Care of our clients is of the utmost importance to us therefore we insist all new clients carry out a patch test 24/48 hours’ prior to any wax/tint/lamination/lash lifting etc.  Please inquire before booking.

Your aftercare is vital for all your treatments, to keep skin healthy and calm and to achieve the best results.  It’s up to you, you’ve spent the money getting the treatment now make it worth it.  Please follow all aftercare strictly. If you are unsure, big or small just call us anytime we are here to help you.

For the comfort of your treatment we ask that all mobiles are switched off or on silent.

A 50% non-refundable deposit will be requested on treatments over an hour long and especially enforced around our busy holiday periods like Christmas etc.

At least 24- hour cancellation notice is required or 50 % of treatment will be charged.  100% of treatment will be charged for no shows.

If late to your appointment you have a choice, we will do our best to accommodate and do what is possible within time allocated to your treatment and full price will be charged or if you prefer to rearrange 50% of treatment will be required and a deposit to secure the rearranged appointment.

Please be aware we do not like or wish to impose these requirements but must.  As a small business we operate on a time allocated system and want you and the following clients to get the best treatment in a relaxed environment.
